Review:
Mixing sci-fi with porn can be fun (and usually opens a film up to a whole new audience), but HER TOTAL RESPONSE fails to deliver. It's just another stillborn gimmick added to the XXX stew.

Bad guy Herschel Savage is the chief sexist of the piece: he's installing microchips into women's backs to convert them into sex slaves. It is not exactly BATTLESTAR GALACTICA fodder, but closer to STEPFORD WIVES time. The premise is a bit fuzzy and confused in that some women are robots while others are apparently normal until converted by the chips into something like an android or cyborg.

The anonymous pornographer's idea of comedy here is for a piece of metal to be found in a guy's mouth performing cunnilingus on a robot girl. It's not amusing like a Shaun Costello movie, but does feature his patented suck-two-cocks-at-once motif in one scene.

The film goes nowhere and is merely repetitive concerning its central premise. The girls are merely okay looking, with Savage reunited with his WHITE FIRE co-star Lisa Marks, an actress who apparently got a big buildup but didn't make it. Chip technology employed looks merely like a circuit board (rather large at that) stuck onto the lady's back near shoulder level - hardly impressive.
