Review:
Filmmaker Bob Vosse specialized in those glamorous, scarf-laden "Swedish Erotica" vignettes, an art form I enjoyed at the time mainly in magazines rather than on the Silver Screen. This "Debbie" opus is one of many cashing in on the all-time hit "Debbie Does Dallas" - none of which captured the spirit of the original.

Barbara Dare, who was truly hot stuff during her brief years of stardom, is in the title role, part of a distinctly overage group of kids trying to get an education. Sexual education, of course, does not have much to do with this screenplay.

Mike Horner is fun as dean of Muff University, and the usual hi-jinks are fitfully entertaining. Cornball plot has Horner urging the sorority sisters to reform in order to impress alumni at a fund-raiser, and ironically this type of hardcore porn has in recent years been re-done to death in soft-core porn -those "Unrated" junkers issued mainly for home viewing in the wake of the great success of "American Pie".

Debbie is running for student body president, and a way too old Herschel Savage (at 33) is captain of the football team. Debbie humps frat boys Jon Martin and Jerry Butler in her campaign to win votes, and at a local bar Little Oral Annie takes on a guy also in search of votes, demonstrating her patented deep throat technique. The feature was dumped on DVD for reissue two decades later on a compilation under Annie's name.

When it comes to voting, there's plenty of tampering at the polls as girls give blow jobs in exchange for votes.

Overall the video is sloppily made and confusing, as when a pretty sorority girl called Sherry disappears from the action when XXX is called for, and Little Oral Annie takes her place in the usual bait and switch mode. This could be due to scheduling issues or compartmentalizing (Annie is not known for her dialog delivery skills), but is indicative of a "who cares?" approach.
