Oh dear, what can be said about this movie? First of all: it is hardcore. So the storyline is absent. Frank and Fred run an all-around service. They do so using a blue VW van. In the van are their tools, for the service they provide is cleaning up apartment buildings, etc. However, a mobile home is connected to this van. It soon becomes clear why. The real service they provide is of a sexual nature: taking care of the lonely women living in the apartments they clean up.

This 'plot' is totally irrelevant and only serves as an excuse to show us one sex scene after the other. The acting isn't very convincing. The cast is made up of a few good-looking girls and many less attractive ones. The male cast is quite repulsive, actually. The scenes are all quite ordinary and really dull. A very fat couple is thrown in for a laugh. And when you are in a cheesy mood, you may find something to laugh about. I didn't.

Just your typical mid 70's German hardcore stuff, with nothing to make it stick out from under the stone it was found. For me a 2 out of 10.

Frank & Fred used to run a cleaning business that took special care of those little needs of lonely German housewives. Now though (at the beginning of the movie), Fred is a kept man and has to do nothing but keep wealthy Vicky sexually satisfied, while his replacement in the cleaning business, gay Little Joe, unsurprisingly proves inadequate support for our Frank.
When Vicky has enough of Fred, he rejoins his old partner, and soon they are back with their little side jobs, servicing a large housing estate.
By coincidence, Vicky is given an enthusiastic report about the services Fred & Frank delivered to one of Vicky's wealthy friends; this makes Vicky rethink her priorities and contact Fred again. Soon she discovers the true nature of their business venture, and together with Fred's unsuspecting girlfriend, Nana, she hatches a plan that should restrict the men's efforts to their girlfriends.
